Helikon Labs helps universities and companies build research partnerships that succeed.

Most university-industry R&D collaborations underperform for structural reasons, not scientific ones: misaligned expectations, slow agreements, ungoverned execution, and unmeasured outcomes. We work on that infrastructure directly, through strategic consulting, workshops, a tools and assessments store, and an AI-powered collaboration platform, all organized around the Helikon Method, our four-phase framework covering Match, Unite, Steward, and Evaluate (MUSE).

Our work is grounded in original primary research on the transformation of university-industry collaboration, and in our founder's 18 years of experience across the R&D-to-commercialization lifecycle as chemical engineer, principal investigator, business developer, contract negotiator, and portfolio manager.
