John Strohm

John Strohm has over 20 years of work experience, with their most recent position being Vice President of Software Development at HelioCampus since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Inovalon as a Senior Director of Software Engineering from February 2022 to April 2023. John also held the role of Senior Director, Software Development at Ellucian from July 2015 to February 2022, where they played a key role in migrating the customer base to new software. Before that, John worked as a Director at Riverbed Technology, where they managed product development and sales for network modeling software. John'searlier experiences include working as a Software Engineer Staff at Lockheed Martin, a Network modeling and simulation specialist at Applied Defense Solutions, and a Lead Software Engineer at OPNET Technologies.

John Strohm attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in VI-3 Computer Science and Engineering. In 2003, they enrolled at the University of Maryland and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, although the field of study is not specified.

In addition to their formal education, John Strohm has obtained several certifications. In June 2021, they completed the "INSEAD - Leading Organisations in Disruptive Times" program and the "Leading in a Transforming World" program, both offered by INSEAD. In January 2021, they received a certification in "Building Digital Partnerships and Ecosystems" from INSEAD, and in September 2020, they obtained a certification in "Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption" from INSEAD.

Furthermore, John Strohm has acquired technical certifications. In October 2019, they completed the "NLP with Python for Machine Learning Essential Training" program offered by LinkedIn. John also holds two Coursera Verified Certificates: one in "Software Defined Networking" obtained in July 2014 and another in "Structure Standing Still: The Statics of Everyday Objects" obtained in September 2013.
