Rupesh Marwaha has extensive experience in operational leadership and management within the healthcare and telecom sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at HelioNext India since 2019, Rupesh has previously held multiple senior roles including Vice President Operations and Assistant Vice President at Avantha Business Solutions, where responsibilities included transitioning processes from the US in operations for healthcare and telecom expense management. Prior experience includes positions as Sr. Manager at Salient Business Solutions and optioncare, and as a Team Leader at IBM Daksh, overseeing healthcare claims adjudication. Rupesh began a career as a Process Specialist at GE Supply and holds a Master's degree in Tourism Management from Himachal Pradesh University.
