Helionics builds Helios.

Helios writes a verifiable record under every industrial valve. RFQs, FATs, ITPs, inspection sign-offs and handover packages your team already produces, signed at source and held in a record that cannot be quietly edited. The supply chain holds up in audit, dispute and HSE review without anyone assembling a binder after the fact.

THE PROBLEM
A valve is finished in a workshop outside Milan. It passes its pressure test on Tuesday. Three weeks later the skid is still not shipping. Someone in Rotterdam cannot find the test report. The serial number does not quite match. The inspector is now on another job in Stavanger. Capital is locked up. Operations are asking when the equipment will arrive. Everyone is working hard. Nothing is moving.

That is the oil and gas supply chain today.

WHAT HELIOS DOES
One passport per asset, from quote to handover. Every commitment, deviation, certificate and inspection is signed at the moment it happens and anchored on EventChain. When the question comes up months later, the answer is in the record. There is no debate. You open the passport. You ship.

ONE ENGINE, FOUR HARNESSES
A passport schema, the EventChain anchoring layer, and a vertical AI trained on industrial valve workflows. The Manufacturer module is live in production. EPC, Operator and Inspector modules are in build.

OPEN BY DESIGN
EventChain is open source. The protocol white paper is public. Any authorised party can verify a passport without trusting Helionics as the administrator. The record belongs to the customer.

WHO WE WORK WITH
EPC contractors, OEMs, inspectors and asset owners across oil and gas, petrochemicals and industrial infrastructure. IOGP aligned. EU DPP compliant.

Amsterdam. Four to six concurrent deployments in 2026, by design.
