Ivy Walker

Ivy Walker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship. As the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Purpose Workforce Solutions since February 2019, Ivy has focused on connecting employers with diverse talent from underutilized pools. Additionally, Ivy is a Founding Member of Illini Angels, contributing to the investment community linked to the University of Illinois. Ivy co-founded Helios Digital Learning, which specializes in ethics and compliance educational content, and founded AskCoda, an AI-driven operational support platform for small businesses. Ivy serves as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Kellogg Executive Education, where risk management is taught, and holds various roles on boards, including the Gateway Foundation and the Chicago Public Library. Academic credentials include an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Northwestern University and a B.S. in Community Health from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
