HeliosTree GmbH is an immersive foresight studio based in Hannover, working at the intersection of strategic foresight, emotional intelligence, AI-assisted storytelling, and experience design.

We help leaders, teams, institutions, and individuals make future vision felt, shared, and actionable.

Our work begins with listening. We look beneath surface-level strategy, status language, and familiar narratives to understand what is already present but not yet fully named: the deeper signals, tensions, desires, possibilities, and emotional intelligence inside a person, team, or room.

From there, we translate insight into form. Through emotional foresight, resonance mapping, co-creation, and cinematic vision artifacts, we help people move from abstract ideas into experiences they can feel, remember, return to, and build from.

HeliosTree offers future-self resonance work, team vision experiences, custom emotional frameworks for programs and events, and AI-assisted vision films. Each engagement is shaped around the people, context, and questions in front of us. There is no fixed script. The method is the constraint; everything else moves with the client.

In a world where artificial intelligence is increasingly able to think, calculate, and produce, we believe human beings must strengthen the capacity to feel, sense, imagine, and choose from a deeper place. Foresight is not only about predicting what comes next. It is about creating the conditions in which a more meaningful future can be recognized, embodied, and followed.

Because what you can feel, you can follow.
