Fewer Engagements. Better Relationships. Stronger Hires.

Helium Search was founded to serve as an alternative for growing firms who are looking for a custom and personal solution to filling roles within their organizations. With the simple idea that stronger relationships can be built by limiting the number of engagements we take on, we’re able to give our clients’ searches the dedication and attention needed to fill key positions with top talent at unmatched speeds.

Every engagement we take on comes with a dedicated search consultant who interfaces with both clients and talent in the marketplace, serving as a single point of contact for both. This approach allows for a smoother, more streamlined interview process and ensures that key messaging doesn’t get diluted from Point A to Point B. It also gives us the opportunity to look beyond the bullet points on a candidate’s resume and the copy on a company’s website to assess fit, alignment and overall chemistry within the hiring organization.

Is our “less is more” approach unique? Yes. Are we leaving money on the table by chasing relationships instead of transactions? Probably. Are we more proud of the final product that comes from our work? Absolutely.

If you’re looking for something that bucks the norm in executive recruiting (while adding a bit of personality to the process) we’d love to hear from you.
