HELIX – Human Performance Technologies is a performance infrastructure company built around one belief: that human biology is the ultimate competitive advantage — and most people are leaving it untapped.
We build integrated performance and recovery ecosystems across eight evidence-based verticals: Cold, Heat, Oxygen, Light, Breath, Sleep, Active, and Recovery. Each vertical is engineered around science, protocol, and outcomes — not trends, not aesthetics, not wellness theatre.
Our roots are in contrast therapy. Years of commercial installation, system design, and operator education through The Ice Bath Co gave us the foundation — the credibility, the relationships, and the deep understanding of what serious facilities and serious people actually need.
HELIX is what we built on top of that foundation.
We work with commercial gyms, elite performance facilities, wellness operators, and high-performance individuals who understand that what happens outside of training determines what's possible inside it. Recovery is not passive. Sleep is not optional. Breathwork is not a trend. Light, oxygen, heat, and cold are not luxuries. They are the infrastructure of performance.
Our mission is to make that infrastructure accessible, intelligent, and integrated — across every environment where people train, recover, and perform.
We are not a product company. We are not a wellness brand. We are building the most complete human performance ecosystem in the world — technology-led, science-backed, and built for people who demand more from themselves and from the brands they trust.
HELIX. Engineer your biology.
