Jeff Schuelein

Jeff Schuelein is a seasoned Information Security professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Staff Information Security Engineer at Helix since December 2022, Schuelein previously held the position of Information Security Manager at AMD from March 2021 to December 2022. Prior to that, Schuelein worked at Illumina as a Sr Staff Information Security Engineer & DLP/CASB Manager and at Genentech as a Senior Security Engineer within the Global Security Operations, Data Protection Team. Additional experience includes serving as an Information Assurance Officer at The George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies, a Senior Security Engineer at HQ U.S. Army Europe G6, and various positions at Northrop Grumman Information Systems, including Security Analyst for RCERT-Europe. Schuelein’s early career included roles as a Sales Engineer at Top Layer Networks and Branch Chief for Systems Security at the Regional Computer Emergency Response Team - Europe. Educational background includes studies at the American International School in Vienna, Austria, and Mount Saint Mary College.
