Lance Eighme

Lance Eighme is an experienced software and clinical informatics engineer currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer in Data at Helix since November 2023. Prior to this role, Lance worked at Biogen from October 2021 to October 2023 as a Senior Clinical Informaticist in Data Platform Engineering, where responsibilities included developing pipelines for data management to support digital biomarker discovery and serving as a subject matter expert in data harmonization and validation. Lance's previous positions include Senior Clinical Terminologist at Cerner Corporation, where best practices for data curation and standardization were developed, and Clinical Laboratory Scientist roles at Centerpoint Medical Center and Saint Luke's Health System, where laboratory assays and data interpretation were conducted. Lance holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from The University of Kansas and further education from Rockhurst University-Saint Luke’s College of Nursing and Health Sciences.
