Andrei Roncea

Andrei Roncea is a seasoned Mechanical Design Engineer with 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, specializing in electronic components and PCB-based boxes. Currently, they serve as the Domain Group Leader for Mechanical Design Power Electronics at HELLA, where they manage a growing team and oversee the development of DCDC LV/HV products. Previously, they held various roles, including Mechanical Design Team Leader and Senior Design Engineer, and have a strong background in CAD, FMEA, and continuous improvement. Andrei holds a Master's degree in Mechatronics and Robotics from the Politehnica University of Timisoara.
