Frank Cleves is an experienced manufacturing engineering leader with over 26 years in the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Head of Manufacturing Engineering at FORVIA HELLA since 2008, Frank has a strong background in steering complex working sequences, managing shopfloor operations, and leading global teams in project launches. Previously, Frank held the same title at HELLA for a brief period in 2008 and has worked as a Process Planner focused on headlamp launch projects abroad. Frank holds an Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in automation technology from Fachhochschule Südwestfalen.
