Grega Eržen is currently the Head of SMT Process Technology at FORVIA HELLA, where they lead a team focused on enhancing SMT processes for automotive electronics, particularly lighting products. Previously, from 2013 to 2015, they worked at Kolektor in research and development and technology roles, specializing in the production of electronics for the automotive industry. Grega holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Robotics from the University of Ljubljana, as well as a Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering Ljubljana.
