Jan Mach is currently the Global Head of Manufacturing Engineering Plant at HELLA, a position held since 2021. Previously, Jan served as a Manufacturing Engineer for Tools and Components and as a Groupleader in the same field at HELLA. Jan's earlier experience includes a role as a Trainee Process Planner at Hella Autotechnik Nova s.r.o. in 2014, where they analyzed project hours and supported production processes, along with an internship at Koval systems, a.s., focused on optimizing production lines. Jan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics and Management and a master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Univerzita Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně.
