Michael Grabs has extensive experience in resource management and technology, currently serving as the Director of Global Resource Management at HELLA since September 2004. In this role, Michael oversees global D&D footprint analysis, governance rules, and various resource management processes and tools. Prior to HELLA, Michael worked as a System Architect at ePlus from February 1994 to August 1999, where responsibilities included leading tender processes and acceptance testing. Michael also held the position of IT Manager at The Phone House Telecom GmbH from September 1999 to August 2004, and started a career as a Senior Software Engineer at Dornier from December 1988 to January 1994, focusing on software development for embedded systems in ESA space mission projects. Additionally, Michael has been a mentor at IHK Arnsberg, Hellweg-Sauerland since November 2024.
