Moataz Soliman

Moataz Soliman serves as the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits and HR Controlling at FORVIA HELLA since August 2023. Prior to this, Moataz held the position of HR Systems & Controller Expert at Sartorius from August 2022 to August 2023 and operated as a self-employed professional from June 2019 to July 2022. Moataz's previous experience includes serving as HR Manager at MCN - Middle East Communications Network from April 2017 to May 2019, where the organization is recognized as a prominent advertising and marketing communications agency in the MENA region. Additionally, Moataz was an HR Business Partner at Mercedes-Benz AG from October 2014 to April 2017, focusing on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. Moataz holds a BSc in Human Resources from SADAT ACADEMY for MANAGEMENT SCIENCES and an HRM Certificate from The American University in Cairo.
