Rok Pandel is an experienced production and quality leader in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Head of Quality in Production at HELLA-FORVIA. With a background in mechanical engineering and over seven years of progressive responsibility at FORVIA HELLA, Rok effectively manages cross-functional teams in complex production environments. Additionally, Rok has nearly two decades of leadership experience with TABORNIKI, Slovenia’s largest youth organization, where they have developed strong organizational and people-management skills.
