Steve Volker

Steve Volker is the Head of Finance at HELLA, where they manage the full finance function and report directly to the Managing Director. With 26 years of experience in finance and a strong background in the FMCG and automotive sectors, Steve has developed expertise in analytical reporting, cost management, and internal controls. They hold a B.Tech (Cum Laude) in Cost & Management Accounting from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University and possess a Greenbelt in Lean Six Sigma. Previously, Steve held positions as Site Factory Accountant at Mondelēz International and Plant Controller at Nestlé, among other roles in renowned companies.
