Adela Wee is a Co-Founder of HELLBENDER Inc., a dual-use engineering company specializing in sensors and robotics, established in September 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Argo AI, where Adela progressed from Test & Integration Engineer to Test & Integration Engineering Manager, overseeing a team focused on autonomous vehicle sensor performance and validation testing. Adela also served as a Systems Engineer at Carnegie Robotics LLC, leading hardware development for autonomous equipment, and held positions at various institutions, including Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where Adela completed a Master’s in Robotics Engineering. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Engineering: Robotics from Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering and participation in the Leadership and Negotiation Academy for Women at Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business.
