Dan Metzinger is a multidisciplinary engineering manager and consultant currently serving as the VP of Hardware Engineering at HELLBENDER Inc. Since 2013, they have also been the President of Palesyn LLC. Dan's previous experience includes roles as a Product Development Engineer at FLIR Systems from 2006 to 2013 and as a Senior Supply Chain Engineer at 4moms in 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Lead/System Engineer at ChemImage Corporation from 2018 to 2021, and briefly managed robotics at RedZone Robotics, Inc. in 2025. Dan earned a degree in Bioengineering Artificial Organs from the University of Pittsburgh, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
