Dana Eschler

Dana Eschler is a Mechanical Engineer currently employed at HELLBENDER Inc. since August 2022. Dana has extensive experience in both leadership and technical roles, particularly within the RIT Baja student organization from January 2017 to May 2022, where responsibilities included Frame Lead and Research & Development Lead, leading projects that improved structural performance and efficiency. Previous internships at renowned companies such as SpaceX, Carnegie Robotics LLC, and Boom Supersonic have equipped Dana with skills in design, validation, and integration of mechanical systems across various applications, contributing to high-profile projects including the Starship program. Dana holds a Dual Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, awarded in May 2022.
