Jason Blackburn is the co-owner and CEO of Hellcat Technologies. Jason has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, having worked as a programmer, application developer, and application analyst developer. Jason's previous companies include First Data Corporation, State Street, Great West Casualty Company, and Farm Bureau Financial Services. Jason has a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Nebraska.

Jason Blackburn has an Associates degree in Mainframe Programming from Iowa Western Community College.
