Dimosthenis Ntatsopoulos is a Human Resources Director who graduated from the American College of Greece with a Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems. Beginning their career in Sourcing within the Human Resources departments of leading BPO organizations in Greece, Dimosthenis developed a strong interest in Digital Marketing, merging it with talent acquisition expertise as a Digital Talent Acquisition Officer. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Hellenic Technologies, they focus on expanding leadership capabilities and optimizing HR strategies to drive sustainable growth, leveraging data-driven insights while fostering high-performing, engaged teams. Prior to this role, Dimosthenis held positions at Webhelp, nm excellence through people Ltd., and Teleperformance Greece, specializing in sourcing and recruitment processes. They also completed a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing at Alba Graduate Business School in 2022.
