Mike Kirkpatrick

Mike Kirkpatrick is a Principal Consultant at Heller Consulting and a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner with expertise in nonprofit technology strategy, digital marketing, and digital fundraising. They have held significant roles such as Project Manager for the Government of Ontario and Labatt Breweries, where they managed digital initiatives and web development. At Trent University, they led a central digital team, focusing on institutional digital strategy and pandemic communications. With experience at the Canadian Cancer Society, they directed multiple digital and marketing initiatives to achieve fundraising and mission goals. Mike holds a B.Com (Honours) in Marketing from Queen's University and a Post-Diploma in Sports Administration from Durham College.
