Amanda Ng is an Operations Analyst at Disney Cruise Line since January 2024, following a robust tenure at The Walt Disney Company, where roles included Recreation Deep-Water Lifeguard Coordinator and Operations Integration Intern. As Recreation Deep-Water Lifeguard Coordinator, Amanda supported two Disney waterparks, leading a team of over 100 Cast Members to enhance park operations through teamwork and the application of Disney's five keys. Amanda also played a key role in managing logistics for large-scale events as Competition Coordinator, collaborating with major clients like Varsity and RunDisney. Commencing with the Disney College Program in February 2017, Amanda has built a solid foundation in operations and customer service. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
