Maelle Ricard

Maelle Ricard is a project director currently leading the REGAIN initiative at Hellio, focused on promoting energy-efficient renovations to achieve carbon neutrality. With extensive experience in CRM and project management, Maelle previously held positions at Energiesreduc as the CRM-PRM manager and at NAOS as the marketing manager for Etat Pur, where they developed strategic marketing plans and managed substantial budgets. Maelle earned a Master's degree in Economics and Finance from Aix-Marseille University and has furthered their education with a MOOC on Big Data. Additionally, Maelle actively contributes to environmental causes through volunteer work with various organizations aimed at urban greening and climate innovation.
