Aron A. is a retired CEO of UKG, having served in the role from 2020 until June 2022 after a remarkable 17-year tenure as CEO at Kronos. They were instrumental in the merger of Kronos and Ultimate Software, forming UKG, which debuted at #6 on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® list in 2021. As an accomplished author, Aron wrote the award-winning book "WorkInspired: How to Build an Organization Where Everyone Loves to Work," advocating for a people-first leadership approach. Currently, Aron is the Executive Chair of the UKG Board of Directors and an Operating Partner at Hellman & Friedman, while actively volunteering on the boards of Hamilton College, Combined Jewish Philanthropies, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
