Steven Hamill

Steven Hamill is the current VP of People & Culture at Alfred. Prior to this, they were a Program Director at Camp Becket YMCA, a Teacher at Nature's Classroom Inc., and the Executive Director at Berkshire Outdoor Center. Steven has also taught at Hither Green Primary School.

Steven Hamill's educational career began with a Bachelor of Science in Experimental Psychology from the University of Wollongong. Steven then went on to complete a Graduate Diploma in Education in Primary Education from the same school. After working in the field of education for several years, Steven decided to further their education by completing a Bachelor of Science in Experimental Psychology from UC San Diego. In addition to their academic degrees, Steven has also received certification from the YMCA of the USA in CEO Preparatory Institute and YMCA Multi-Team Leader.
