Amol Pise

Amol Pise has significant work experience in the operations and management field. Amol began their career at Fraazo as a Retail Store Manager, where they successfully led end-to-end operations and implemented efficient delivery processes. Amol also managed various aspects of rider operations, including planning, onboarding, and productivity. After that, they were promoted to Cluster Manager, overseeing store operations and driving high performance and results-oriented outcomes. Amol was responsible for launching new stores and achieving key performance indicators related to dark stores. Currently, Amol holds the position of Cluster Operation Manager at Boon, where they are responsible for the daily operations and launch of new projects within their cluster. Amol ensures the adherence and enforcement of operational procedures and policies and conducts timely audits.

Amol Pise completed their Bachelor's degree in Agri from Dr. Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Krishi Vidyaapeeth (formerly Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth) in Ratnagiri. Amol pursued this degree from 2015 to 2019. Subsequently, they enrolled at Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2019 to 2021 to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA). Amol'sfield of study in the MBA program was Agricultural Business and Management.
