Justin Smith

Justin Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the tech and security fields. Currently serving as Managing Director and Technical Fellow at Goldman Sachs since January 2019, as well as CISO for the Investment Bank, Justin has also taken on the role of Investor at Hellō since December 2022. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Justin held positions such as Chief Security Officer for Product at Pivotal Software, Inc., and Chief Security Architect at Apcera, where focus was on identity and authentication for cloud platforms. Earlier career highlights include roles at Google as Senior Product Manager for OAuth 2.0 endpoints, and at Microsoft as Principal Program Manager for the Windows Azure Access Control Service. Justin's career began at Wintellect as an Instructor and Consultant. Educationally, Justin holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
