Liam Cheung

Liam Cheung serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Future Energy Global since March 2023 and is the Founder and Director of VC Investments at Tactico Inc., a venture capital firm focused on series A stage growth companies, since March 2007. In addition to these roles, Liam holds several director positions at Emma, helloDarwin, and Willful, and serves as the Managing General Partner at Pointus Partners, which specializes in proprietary trading strategies. Previous experience includes membership on the Management Board of Moka Asset Management Europe, and directorships at Mogo and Mylo Financial Technologies, alongside a tenure as CEO and CCO at Tactex Asset Management Inc. Liam Cheung's education includes a PhD in Economics from McGill University, a Master of Science in Banking and Financial Services from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Mathematics in Actuarial Science from the University of Waterloo.
