Lahav Rom

Lahav Rom is a skilled Full Stack Engineer currently working at Flare since February 2023. Previously, Lahav served as a Data Engineer at Furious Corp. from November 2020 to November 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Regional Manager for the Hebrew Scouts Movement in Israel, overseeing the largest branch in Jerusalem with over 800 youth and managing complex events and initiatives from July 2017 to May 2019. Lahav also held the position of Company Sergeant Major in the Israel Defense Forces from July 2014 to July 2017, commanding over 150 combat soldiers. Educational qualifications include a BSc from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in the MATAR Excellence Program, majoring in Statistics and Data Science with a minor in Computer Science, completed between 2019 and 2022, along with a High School Diploma in Computer Science obtained at Harel High School from 2011 to 2014.
