Molly Recka

Molly Recka is an experienced professional with a strong background in strategy, operations, and sales. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategy and Operations at Flare since August 2020, Molly has held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Sales and Senior Sales Manager. Prior experience at Yelp, from March 2017 to April 2020, involved significant contributions in customer success, including onboarding over 300 restaurants and achieving a 96% client retention rate through effective SaaS training. Molly has also been recognized with accolades such as the President Club and Yelp Values Winner in 2019. Additional experience includes roles at Nowait, Spoon and BRGR, and the University of Pittsburgh, alongside a commitment to community service as a PULSE Fellow. Molly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from The College of Wooster.
