Nitzan Lugassi

Nitzan Lugassi currently serves as the Head of Global HRBPs and Head of People for Flare since January 2021, focusing on reimagining collaboration between attorneys and clients. Prior to this role, Nitzan worked as an HR Growth Partner at AddedValue from May 2019 to December 2020, supporting early-stage and stable startups, including Melio. Additionally, Nitzan held the position of People Operations Manager at easy from 2017 to 2019 and worked as a Retail Store Manager at Lametayel from 2014 to 2017. Nitzan Lugassi obtained an education from The Open University of Israel between 2017 and 2020.
