Nitzan Shmaiser

Nitzan Shmaiser currently serves as the VP of Data and Analytics at Flare since March 2022, following a role as VP of Analytics (Operations) at Riskified. Prior experience includes positions such as VP of Operations at SparkBeyond and Senior Operations Manager at Uber, where Nitzan was instrumental in product launches and business growth initiatives. Nitzan's career began with a consulting role at The Boston Consulting Group, providing strategic insights for leading companies, and earlier experiences include product management and R&D leadership at Cyber-Ark Software, as well as service in Mamram. Nitzan holds an MBA in Strategy & Marketing from Tel Aviv University and a B.Sc in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
