Skylar Swartz

Skylar Swartz is an Engagement Manager at Flare, having progressed through the roles of Engagement Specialist and Case Manager since joining in December 2021. Prior to this, Skylar worked as a Business Immigration Analyst at Fragomen from February 2021 to December 2021. Skylar is currently completing a Master of Arts in International Affairs and Leadership at Arizona State University, expected to graduate in December 2023, and holds a degree in International Relations with a focus on Cultural Anthropology from the University of Nevada, Reno, earned between 2017 and 2020.
