IT and Technical Support

The IT and Technical Support team at Hello Group ensures the seamless operation of all technical systems and infrastructure. This team is responsible for managing and maintaining network and server infrastructure, providing technical support, ensuring data integrity and security, executing quality assurance, and overseeing IT procurement processes. They play a critical role in enabling Hello Group to efficiently support community organizations, including the Africa Diaspora Forum and the United Arab Communities of South Africa.
