Jonathan Low

Jonathan Low is an experienced User Experience Designer currently serving as the Lead User Experience Designer at Hello Human since May 2021. Prior to this role, Jonathan held various positions including Service Designer at Hello Human and NSW Department of Customer Service, and Customer Experience Analyst at Domain. Jonathan’s diverse expertise includes UX and service design, as well as customer experience strategy, with a focus on understanding user needs and enhancing usability across multiple sectors. Educational qualifications include a User Experience Design degree from Academy Xi, a Visual Communication degree from Billy Blue College of Design, and a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW.
