Hello Lille Destination is the Tourist Office of the European Metropolis of Lille.
Established in 2025, it brings together 65 staff members, 20 permanent guides and around a dozen freelance guides.

Our mission: to unite and promote the 95 municipalities of the metropolitan area under a shared narrative.
This narrative conveys a strong identity: a destination that is welcoming, convivial, enthusiastic and creative, cultivating a unique sense of hospitality and celebration. Here, urban vibrancy blends with peaceful countryside, cultural and gastronomic abundance meets spaces of nature and remembrance.

Hello Lille Destination works in close complementarity with the Hello Lille attractiveness agency, which drives business tourism and economic development. Together, under the umbrella brand Hello Lille, we structure the tourism ecosystem and enhance the European reach of the metropolis.

The diversity of the territory can be experienced through four complementary ambiences:

Lille, the vibrant cultural heart, a must for city-breakers.

Roubaix, Tourcoing and the Grand Boulevard, heirs to a textile past and a creative spirit.

The Western area, with Flemish charm, canals, guinguettes and remembrance sites.

The South, a green and sporty escape in Pévèle and Mélantois.
