Mavis is an all-female team of creative headhunters dedicated to supporting equality and diversity. With backgrounds in design and creativity, we have an innate understanding of what it takes to identify and connect the best people in our industry.

We partner with design, product, and tech companies—ranging from startups to scaleups and established brands—leveraging our 30+ years of combined experience to make meaningful placements. Renowned for our human-first approach, we ensure every match is not just about skills, but also cultural fit, making us a trusted partner in the industry.

Our strength lies in our ability to make connections, we are nimble, confidential and can move swiftly. We are an intermediary, and have access to senior roles that are not often advertised. We are able to understand the nuances of any brief to match the right type of talent to the role. We are also able to advise and give guidance to help senior candidates navigate the process, ensuring the right salary alignment and career fit.

What makes us different? We don’t just talk about diversity—our deep research ensures truly inclusive hiring, supporting candidates from all backgrounds, including underrepresented and neurodiverse talent. As female founders, we’re especially passionate about increasing female representation in senior leadership roles
