David Caro

David Caro has a diverse and extensive work experience that spans multiple industries. David started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Management Consultant, where they led a reporting development team for a financial services institution. David then joined Accenture, where they steadily progressed from a Consultant to the Director of IT Service Delivery and Application Outsourcing. In this role, they led multiple teams and was responsible for the full software development lifecycle of enterprise critical applications.

After their time at Accenture, Caro worked as the Chief Operating Officer at iPartners, a SaaS company providing Business Intelligence solutions. David led IT service delivery, as well as finance, HR, and office administration activities, and successfully executed the sale of the company.

Caro then joined S&P Global Market Intelligence, first as the Director of Operations and later as the Director of Product Management. In the Director of Operations role, they led IT service delivery for the Software Solutions Group and successfully integrated two BI SaaS businesses. In the Director of Product Management role, they focused on growth and delivered strategic enhancements to the company's product offerings.

After their time at S&P Global Market Intelligence, Caro became the Director of the Global Program Management Office at S&P Global. In this role, they implemented portfolio management and agile transformation across four company divisions, achieving consensus and standardizing the prioritization process.

Most recently, Caro has been the Chief Operating Officer at HelloPackage, an early-stage logistics technology SaaS company. David is responsible for all operations delivery and has successfully improved the company's SaaS services gross and operating margin.

Throughout their career, Caro has showcased their leadership skills, relationship building abilities, and business acumen to drive growth, efficiency, and process improvement within the organizations they have worked for.

David Caro has a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
