Matt Milner

Matt Milner is an experienced operations and customer service professional with a diverse background in property management and military service. Currently serving as Operations Support Manager and previously as Multi-Site Customer Service Lead at Hello Student® since November 2022, Matt has honed skills in people management, compliance, and safety reporting. Prior experience includes a role as Contractor Manager at On The House, where Matt streamlined the onboarding process for contractors, and as Accommodation Manager at Student Beehive, overseeing a private student accommodation scheme. Matt's early career was marked by service as an Aviation Groundcrew Specialist in the British Army, where responsibilities included training in communication, teamwork, and various operational skills. Matt is also pursuing an education at the University of Hull.
