Natalie Dember

Natalie (Silverstein) Dember is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing at Hello Sunshine since August 2023. As a co-founder of We're Leaving Early since September 2019, Natalie has developed a social content brand focused on storytelling and design to address complex global issues. Additionally, Natalie is a founding member of the American Influencer Council, the only not-for-profit membership trade association in the U.S. Previously, Natalie held key roles including Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Lead at ACE, Manager of Partner Marketing & Global Franchise Planning at Nickelodeon, and Global Business Development Manager at TBWA\Worldwide. Natalie's career also includes experience as a Business Development Associate at Accenture and various marketing positions at Interbrand. Natalie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Global Studies from Lehigh University.
