Mackenzie Inch

Mackenzie Inch is the Director of Customer Success at Hello World CS, where they oversee customer engagement and satisfaction. Previously, Mackenzie worked as a Customer Success Manager at Shmoop, enhancing relationships with clients and managing their implementations. Before that role, Mackenzie taught middle school math at Channelside Academy of Math and Science, focusing on differentiated instruction and real-world applications. Mackenzie holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Florida State University.
