Amanda Dennison

Amanda Dennison currently serves as an Operations Associate at Alma, starting in June 2023. Previously, Amanda completed a Customer Experience Fellowship at KindWork, where recognition was received as part of the top 20% of participants, gaining skills in customer feedback, communication, and technical proficiencies in tools such as Zendesk and Slack. Prior to that, Amanda worked as a Customer Service Associate at Dollar Tree Stores from March 2021 to June 2023, excelling in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the training of new employees. Experience also includes serving as an ASAP Peer Mentor at CUNY, where Amanda managed schedules and facilitated office operations, and as a Receptionist at Mt. Olivet Gospel Church, focusing on visitor relations and communication. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from York College of the City University of New York, completed in December 2023, and an Associate of Science in Public Health from Queensborough Community College, obtained in 2019.
