Jen Ushakov

Jen Ushakov has a diverse background in financial planning and analysis, currently serving in an FP&A role at Alma since July 2023, an organization focused on enhancing access to mental health care. Prior to Alma, Jen was a Finance Lead at Blueground from December 2022 to July 2023, contributing to corporate housing solutions. Jen’s earlier experience includes positions at Siemens Healthineers, where responsibilities included FP&A and financial analysis in R&D and product lifecycle management, as well as an Operations Intern role at Akustica - Bosch Group. Jen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Supply Chain Management, and a minor in Mandarin from the University of Pittsburgh, with additional studies at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
