Kyle Davy

Kyle "Ky" Davy is a Senior Director of Talent Management at Alma, where they continue to employ their expertise in people leadership and cultural program development. With a demonstrated history of driving change management and talent strategies, Ky previously held senior roles at David Yurman and WeWork, where they led learning initiatives and managed cross-functional teams. Ky's experience includes orchestrating a $2 million catering business at Pastificio Rana and teaching at Saugus High School. They graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater from Virginia Commonwealth University.
