Miso Cho

Product Designer

Miso Cho is a UX Designer with a diverse background in user experience and design, currently working at Signpost since December 2021, where an adaptive web app experience for the Signpost Messaging Hub was successfully launched. Prior experience includes a role as a User Experience Designer at Bridgit.io, contributing to a virtual learning portal through user research and design system iteration, as well as freelance UX design projects through miso-design.com. Miso also redesigned the Pelotea App’s information architecture and user interface and has a solid foundation in customer service gained from previous positions as a Flight Attendant with Delta Air Lines and Purser with Cathay Pacific Airways. Miso holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, and completed design training at CareerFoundry and Designlab.
