Rad Radich

Rad Radich is a seasoned professional in customer experience management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Experience Manager at Alma since May 2024. Prior to this role, Radich held key positions at Coinbase as a Senior Manager in Resolution Operations and at Punch List as Head of Customer Experience. At Common Networks, Radich was instrumental in defining and executing the long-term vision for Customer Operations. A significant tenure at Square, as Director of STL Customer Support, involved driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency while leading support team improvements. Earlier experience includes marketing roles at Starboard TCN Worldwide and a background in specialist roles at Apple Retail. Radich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Communication Design from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Arts in General Education from California State University, Chico.
