Clément Carrier

Clément Carrier has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Clément is currently the Co-founder & CEO of Aria since January 2020. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Freelance Data Scientist. From 2016 to 2020, they held the position of Lead Data Scientist at Groupe Caisse des Dépôts. In 2016, they worked briefly as a Data Scientist at Etalab and the French Ministry of Economy and Finance. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Freelance Data Scientist. Additionally, in 2015, they were a Research Visitor at Tinbergen Institute. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Economist at the Regional Economic Service of the United Kingdom for the French Ministry of Economy and Finance in 2013 and as an Analyst at HSBC in 2012.

Clément Carrier started their education in 2012 at École normale supérieure Paris-Saclay, where they pursued a degree in Economics. Clément completed this program in 2016. During the same period, from 2014 to 2016, they also attended ENSAE Paris and obtained an Engineer diploma in Statistics & Machine Learning. Additionally, in 2015 and 2016, Clément pursued a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Econometrics at Université Paris-Saclay.
